Financially supporting Calne Free Church

Thank you for considering supporting the church financially. The church is run entirely on voluntary donations so your support will enable the work of God to continue in Calne through Calne Free Church.

If you need more information about giving and how the money given is spent please speak to the treasurer.

Treasurer

James Ridout

On a Sunday

There are church collection boxes attached to the back row of pews in the church.

You can deposit cash or cheques directly into these boxes.

Cheques should be made out to Calne Free Church.

No money is left in the church overnight.

Giving online

Giving directly from your bank using online banking is a very convenient way to support the church.

One-off gifts can be given to the Church using online banking.

Top tip: When setting up a bank payment ,please use your full name as the reference.

Regular Giving

Giving via a standing order is the most popular way people support their local church.  Sadly, due to online fraud, we cannot give out the bank details online.

The bank details can be obtained from the church treasurer, who is at church most weeks. Or send an enquiry via the contact form on this website.

Gift Aid

If you are a UK Taxpayer you may wish to consider using Gift Aid, which allows the Church to claim back an additional 25p for every £1 you donate. A Gift Aid declaration form is attached. When completed please either drop it in one of the ‘collection’ boxes at the rear of the church, email it to treasurer@calnefreechurch.org.uk  or post to James Ridout, c/o Calne Free Church, Church Street, SN11 0HU. The church is a registered charity with a charity number 260050.

We are conscious that, “Unless the Lord builds the house, those who build it labour in vain” (Ps 27:1) so we pray and trust the Lord to provide for us but we also know that “God loves a cheerful giver” (2 Cor 9:7) and that he will bless the free offerings of His people for the work of the Kingdom.
